Nadia Rahaim
Director
Nadia Rahaim is joining the St. Alban’s community as Preschool Director fall 2024. Nadia holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from both Michigan State University and Western Michigan University as well as a level 12 NC Early Educator Certification. With over 20 years of experience, she has held many leadership roles including Teacher, Director and Principal throughout her years of service. Nadia was also an Instructor at Michigan State University and has presented at the local, state and national level on various topics as it pertains to Child Development and Early Education. She excited to be joining St. Alban’s to offer quality care and education in a faith-based environment. Outside of preschool, Nadia and her husband have 4 active children. She enjoys running, working out, traveling and spending time with her family.​

Julia Lloyd
Administrative Assistant
Julia joined the St. Alban's Preschool staff in the fall of 2022 as our Administrative Assistant. Julia has worked and volunteered in churches with children and youth for the last 30 years. She has administrative experience as an office manager, bookkeeper, and household manager. She went to Georgetown University and has a Master's Degree in Theology from Virginia Theological Seminary. She is married to Father Kevin and has two young adult children. Julia enjoys baking, reading, and hanging out with her family.

Caroline Craig
Fours Teacher
Caroline has been a teacher in the four-year-old program at St. Alban's Preschool since 2011. She is originally from the United Kingdom but now lives in Huntersville with her husband. Caroline has two grown children. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Liverpool Polytechnic. She worked for several years in both private and public schools teaching mainly in kindergarten before her husband was relocated to the USA in 1993. Caroline has worked with young children for many years both in the classroom and outside on playing fields or at camp teaching riding lessons. Caroline enjoys tennis, reading and her family.

Carrie Beeler
Fours Teacher
Carrie joined the M-Th Fours in the fall of 2023 as a co-teachers. Carrie has worked at St. Alban's for 6 years in both the three-year-old and four-year-old programs. She has a Bachelor's Degree in General Education with a concentration in Psychology and Sociology. Carrie enjoys many crafts, including scrapbooking, as well as being out on the lake, traveling and cooking. Carrie lives in Mooresville with her husband and two children.

Denise Kirch
Threes Teacher
Ms. Denise joined St. Alban's in the fall of 2022 as a Three-Year-Old Teacher. Denise has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an M.S. in Communication Disorders. She has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist in preschool and hospital settings, as an educator at Discovery Place Kids, and in the TK program at Davidson Day. Denise has lived in Huntersville for the last 25 years with her husband Jimmy. Denise has two grown children. Denise loves to read, hike, and travel - especially explorng cities close to Charlotte!

Evelyn Villar
Threes Teacher/Twos Teacher
Ms. Evelyn joined St. Alban's Preschool during the 21/22 school year and has worked in the Threes and Fours programs. Evelyn is a native of Chile but now resides in Davidson with her husband and two daughters. She loves to read, travel, cook and bake. She is super crafty and loves to engage in messy projects with her class. Ms. Evelyn taught preschool in Florida prior to moving to Davidson.

Cleopatra Hawkins
Threes Teacher/Fours Teacher
Cleopatra was a substitute at St. Alban's Preschool for several years before joining the preschool staff as a four year old teacher in 2019. Cleopatra now enjoys working with our three-year-olds. She is originally from New York, studied at Baruch College, and lives in Huntersville with her husband and two children. Cleopatra volunteers actively at her children's schools and with their extra curricular activities. She has been a member of St. Alban's Church since 2008 and loves the welcoming environment and sense of community it provides. Cleopatra enjoys the theater, reading, bowling, camping with the family, and time with friends!

Alyssa Schuchard
Threes Teacher
Ms. Alyssa joined St Alban's Preschool in January 2025. She has her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Delaware and has taught preschool and kindergarten for 13 years. Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Alyssa taught her first ten years there before moving to North Carolina in 2010. Her favorite part of teaching preschool is experiencing the wonder in small children and watching them grow and learn in their own way.
Ms. Alyssa lives in Huntersville with her husband, Jason, two children, Maddie and Evan and their dog, Harbour. She enjoys gardening, vacationing on Hilton Head, cooking with her husband, watching her son play baseball and her daughter dance.

Sheetal Jajoo
Fours Teacher
Sheetal was born and raised in India. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources but after having two children of her own, her interest in teaching blossomed. As a result, she has spent the past several years teaching preschool throughout the area including her most recent role at St. Patrick Episcopal Preschool in Mooresville. This is Sheetal’s first year with St. Alban’s Weekday Preschool and she is looking forward to being part of the children’s and program’s growth and development. In her free time, she loves painting, reading and making memories with her family.

Stephanie Rosiello
Twos Teacher
Stephanie began her career in Education primarily as a paraprofessional in Brooklyn, NY. She spent the next several years dedicated to serving her family as well as exploring another passion of hers, photography. She is excited to return to teaching as she joins our twos team this year; however, Stephanie is no stranger to St. Alban’s. She first joined the St. Alban’s family as a parent several years ago as both of her young children attended and graduated from our preschool. Overlapping that time, Stephanie began to substitute teach, spending much of that time supporting the twos classroom over the past school year. When not in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, spending time outdoors and running her photography business.

Monica Ledermann
Twos Teacher
Monica is joining the St. Alban’s community in fall 2025. Monica is originally from Mexico. She began her teaching career working with kindergarten students in the American School in Bolivia and later taught English in a preschool. Additionally, she worked as a substitute teacher in a Montessori school in Arizona and most recently served as the lead tutor for first grade at Regina Caeli, a classical hybrid homeschool.
Monica lives in Concord with her husband and four children. Monica enjoys traveling and going on camping trips with her family. She also likes baking bread, playing pickleball, and learning Japanese. She resides in a ranchette, which is home to her dog, goats, chickens, ducks, and bees.
